Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase/order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Customized or personalized products (if applicable).

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
Wrong item received.
Manufacturing defects.
Size issues (subject to stock availability).
